摘要
[目的]探讨补肾活血中药配合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。[方法]将80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为两组,治疗组采用补肾活血中药配合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗,对照组采用扶他林片配合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗。[结果]治疗组40例中,显效31例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率95%。[结论]补肾活血中药配合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,值得大力推广。
[ Objective] To investigate the kidney and blood of traditional Chinese medicine with intra- ar- ticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis treatment. [ Methods ] 80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were divided into two groups, treatment group with transparent Bushenhuoxue medicine quality of intra - articular injection of sodium in the control group with Voltaren tablets with intra - articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. [ Results ] Treatment group 40 cases, 31 cases cases were cured, ef- fective in 7 cases, 2 cases inefficacy, the total efficiency of 95%. [ Conclusion] Bushenhuoxue traditional Chi- nese medicine with intra - articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment of knee osteoarthritis significant- ly, it is worth promoting.
