摘要
利用对硝基氯苯氨解制备对硝基苯胺,研究了反应温度、氨水质量分数、反应时间以及结晶母液循环使用次数对该氨解工艺的影响。研究结果表明:该工艺不仅产生的废水量少,而且制得的对硝基苯胺纯度高且不需要提纯处理;在对硝基氯苯用量为31.5 g,氨水加入量为300.0 mL,氨水浓度约为35%,反应温度为170.0℃,反应时间为8.0 h条件下,对硝基氯苯的转化率为100%,生成的对硝基苯胺纯度为99.9%,对硝基苯胺收率为97.7%;本工艺条件下结晶母液可以循环套用5次。
p-Nitroaniline is prepared by aminolysising of p-nitrochlorobenzene. The effects of reaction temperature, the concentration of ammonia solution, reaction time and the times of recycling the mother solution on the aminolysising process are investigated. The results show that, this process discharges less waste water but produces high-purity pnitrochlorobenzene without the purification step. The conversion of p-nitrochlorobenzene and the purity of the formed pnitroaniline can reach 100% and 99.9% , respectively, under the following conditions : 31.5 g of p-nitrochlorobenzene, 300. 0 mL of 35% ammonia solution, 170. 0℃ of reaction temperature and 8. 0 hours of reaction time. The yield of pnitroaniline is 97. 7%. The mother solution can be recycled for five times.
