摘要
本文阐述了节流抽气式气动激光窗口(TEALW)的真空密封原理,推导出了分子互扩散方程。依据此方程对CO_2激光器工作气体He、N_2、CO_2、O_2的互扩散速率进行了计算,所得曲线与实验数据能很好地吻合。
Air-sealing mechanism are described and the molecular interdiffusion egua-tions are derived in a throttle-exhausting aerodynamic laser window (TEALW). The diffusion rate of He, N2, CO2 snd O2 in the active medium of the CO2 laser used with TEALW were computed by of the equations. The theoretical curves computed are in good agreement with the experimental data.
