摘要
目的:探讨冷凝集现象对血细胞分析仪检测结果的影响及处理方法。方法:使用血细胞分析仪对冷凝集试验阳性标本进行检测。结果:双重加温法与样本加温法经配对样本t检验,RBC组t=23.62,P<0.001,MCV组t=21.09,P<0.001。结论:冷凝集阳性标本经室温检测时RBC明显减少,MCV明显偏大,单纯样本加温时RBC遇冷试剂仍会出现冷凝集现象,样本试剂双重加温可基本消除冷凝集现象。
Objective:To study on the effects of cold agglutination on blood cell analyzer and the solution. Metheds: Blood cell analy- zer was used to detect the positive sample of cold agglutination test in our hogpital, Re- suits : The data of double heating and heating sample only were contrasted by paired sam- ple t- test, and the results were as follows: RBC group t = 23.62 and P 〈 0. 001, MCV group t = 21. 09 and P 〈 0. 001. Conclu- sions:When the positive sample of cold ag- glutination was detected at room tempera- ture, RBC significantly reduced and MCV significantly enlarged. If only the sample is heated, RBC will still agglutinate when they meet the cold reagent, but if the sample and the regent are heated together, the cold -ag- glutinating phenomenon will disappear basi- cally.
