摘要
目的:分析中药注射剂不良反应发生的原因及特点,对中药注射剂在临床合理安全用药提供参考。方法:结合不良反应监测信息,对中药注射剂不良反应的现状、特点及发生原因进行探讨。结果:总结出引起不良反应的主要品种中药注射剂在中草药自身的成份,用法用量、原料药的质量等方面存在的致使引发不良反应的问题以及相关的解决方法,以期尽量避免或减少中药注射剂不良反应的发生,保证临床用药全。结论:通过改进生产工艺、及注意临床合理使用,加强不良反应监测,可以减少或避免中药注射剂不良反应的发生。
Abstract Objective： To provice drug safety information for doctor＇s chnical practice,we need a comprehensive understanding of the occurrence and characteristic of ADR caused by TCM injections. Method： Com- bined with Imformation quoted by Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Centre of Guangxi Zhuang minority Autonomous Region, to ex- plore the characteristics and reasons. Re- suit：To summarized the problems of the in- gredient of Chinese herbal medicine, usage and dosage, the quality of raw material and related solutions, in order to avoid the occur- rence of ADR and ensure the safety of drug use in clinical practice. Conclusion： By im- proving the production process, and pay at- tention to rational clinical use, to strengthen monitoring of adverse reactions, reduce or a- void the traditional Chinese medicine injec- tion adverse reactions.
