摘要
目的:探讨直肠癌术后吻合口狭窄的处理方法。方法:收治直肠癌患者208例,术后发生并发症吻合口狭窄13例,11例采用保守大肠内镜下气囊扩张术,余2例采取结肠造瘘。结果:8例经1次扩张,3例经2次扩张,2例经结肠造瘘,狭窄均被改善,直径约2.0～2.5cm。结论:直肠癌术后吻合口狭窄是多因素影响的结果,因此,应严格掌握临床指征,确定适合的处理方法。
Abstract Objective： To exeplore the pro- cessing method of anastomotic stricture after rectal cancer. Methods： 208 patients con- firmed as having rectal cancer from July. 2006 to June. 2011 were enrolled ,underwent surgical resection opration cure. Postopera- tive syndrome anastomotic stenosis in 13, llcases by the conservative e. endoscopic balloon dilatation, 2 cases take colon colos- tomy. Results ： Among the 13 cases of anas- tomosis stricture,8 cases by 1 times dilate,3 cases by 2 times, 2 cases for colon colosto- my. narrow were improved. The diameter is about 2. 0 - 2.5cm. Conclusion： Colorectal cancer postoperative anastomotic stricture was the result of the multiple factors, so we should be controlled strictly clinical indica- tions, determine suitable processing method.
