摘要
介绍了一种聚丙烯酰胺涂层技术。通过室内评定、工业化涂层应用试验和现场配注应用试验证明 ,合成的聚丙烯酰胺粉末涂层剂 TC-0 6具有很好的降低聚丙烯酰胺细粉扬尘效果。涂层后的聚丙烯酰胺抗剪切能力、耐盐能力和热稳定性均有一定程度的提高。涂层操作简便易行 ,利用聚丙烯酰胺现有工艺设备就可进行生产。采用本涂层技术可在聚丙烯酰胺正常生产中和处理库存细粉中创显著的经济效益和社会效益 ,同时 ,大大改善了生产装置和现场配制的粉尘问题 ,给生产和应用操作人员创造了更好的工作环境。
A chemical coating method by using the polyacrylamide power is recommended for dustless polyacrylamide production process.The main constituent of coating agent TC 06 with chemical construction of R_O(RO) nH is synthesized.The CT 06 is mixed with polyacrylamide power uniformly to form a chemical coating film or adsorption layer, which has the property of masking effect to eliminate or reduce the electrostatic effect on the polyacrylamide power surface.Both the laboratory and field tests shown that the coated polyacrylamide creates a clean environment and does not cause any pollution.Also, it simplifies the polyacrylamide process without separating the superfine grains.The new coated polyacrylamide still has the inherent performance of the polyacrylamide, and enhances the shear resistance, the salt resistance, as well as the heat resistance.So, it is more applicable EOR.This coating process is simple and easy to use compared to the original process, and does not necessary to change the process or equipment. It has been successful applied in Daqing Oilfield.
