摘要
为改善聚合物驱油效果 ,研制了XL系列有机铬交联剂XL 1和XL 2 ,研究了HPAM/XL交联体系的配方 ,对该配方体系的性能进行了评价 ,开展了矿场试验。从室内研究和矿场试验的结果发现 :加入交联剂可有效地、大幅度地提高聚合物溶液的粘度 ,改善聚合物的抗温、抗盐、抗剪切的性能 。
Two chrome organic crosslinkers are prepared: XL 1 for gelled HPAMs and XL 2 for powdered HPAMs. A basic formulations of HPAM(SNF's AN905/XL 2 gelling solution) is obtained through sieving experiments for polymer and crosslinker concentrations and polymer to Cr 3+ ratio as follows: 1 300—2 000 mg/L AN905+400—600 mg/L XL 2. The viscosity enhancement, shear resistance and salt tolerance of the formulated crosslinked polymer solution(weak gel) are investigated and its oil displacing capacity is determined on a set of core flow experiments in comparison with plain polymer solution. The good results of crosslinking polymer flood with HPAM/XL systems in 3 pilot experimental units and in a lot of field tests at Shengli Oil Fields are presented.
