摘要
针对油田水井及高含水油井暂堵防漏作业的需要 ,研制了一种水溶性暂堵剂JYDⅡ。本文介绍其水溶性、分散性、粒径配比等性能及岩芯渗透率、暂堵剂浓度和注入量等因素对岩芯暂堵效果和暂堵强度的影响。结果表明 ,该暂堵剂对 0 .4— 15 μm2 的岩芯的暂堵率大于 90 % ,水溶率大于 95 % ,突破压力梯度大于 10MPa/m ,渗透率恢复值大于 85 % ,因而可用于水井及特高含水油井暂堵、防漏作业 ;针对地层渗透率选择合理的暂堵剂粒径配比 。
To plug the leakages in producing zones of high water cut production wells and water injection wells encountered in downhole remedial and stimulating operations, a water soluble powdered material JYD Ⅱ is prepared, evaluated in laboratory and used experimentally in 10 production wells. JYD Ⅱ is composed of an inorganic salt, an organic acid, an organic acid salt, an amphoteric surfactant as dispersant, HPAM as suspension stabilizer, and reinforcing fillers. In core experiments performed on artificial cores of permeability 0.45—15.6 μm 2 with aqueous suspension of JYD Ⅱ of properly determined particle size(4.2—22.3 μm) at 40—120℃ the following results are obtained: temporarily plugging rate>90%, specific plug strength>10 MPa/m core, permeability restoration>85%. The uses of JYD Ⅱ in 10 high water cut oil wells are all successful.
