摘要
1 39 7套管侧钻 1 1 8井眼采用 1 0 1 6油管固井完井 ,固井质量难以保证 ,优质率几乎为零。研究发现 ,套管不居中是该问题的原因所在。使用设计合理的弹性扶正器可有效解决套管不居中问题 ,但 1 0 1 6油管弹性扶正器国内外尚没有形成产品 ,为此 ,大港油田着手进行了该弹性扶正器的设计 ,在两口试验井应用中取得了很好的效果 ,其中一口井固井质量达到优质。
Using 118 bit sidertracking in 139 7 casing,101 6 tubing is adopted,But cementing quality is almost poor.Through study,the reason is off-centralizing casing.Using rational elastic centralizer can solve effectively the problem of off-centralizing casing.So,101 6 tubing elastic centralizer is designed by Dagang Oilfield.And it is applied in two test wells and good cementing results are obtained,and one of the two wells has perfect cementing quality.
