摘要
针对松南地区地层压力低、气层活跃易造成固井漏失和环空气窜的技术难题 ,研制了一种具有密度低(密度可达 1 .30 g/cm2 ) ,失水小 ( API失水 <31 m L) ,稠化过渡时间短 ( 3~ 5min) ,抗压强度高等特点的 LDAM低密度防气窜水泥浆体系 ,成功解决了松南地区固井漏失和环空气窜问题 ,现场应用 2 0 0多井次 ,固井合格率达 1 0 0 % ,优质率达 90 % ,其技术水平达到了 90年代国际先进水平。
Low formation pressure gradients and active gas migration exist in southern Songliao Basin of Northeast China, slurry loss and annular gas channeling frequently take place during cementing. A new cement slurry system LDAM is developed and applied in this area. The main additive is polymer latex with lightweight material being hollowed microsphere, it is compatible with API Class A cement. The new system exhibits advantages as low fluid loss, short transition time, good rheological properties and adjustable densities, etc. Field uses have been successful.
