摘要
深度氧化淀粉(CH20L)作为油井水泥缓凝剂,可以有效控制水泥浆的凝固时间,能满足井温80~180℃条件下固井作业安全的需要。水泥浆稠化实验结果表明,CH20L稳定性好,无早凝、过度缓凝现象发生,加量与稠化时间呈线性关系。
As an oilwell cement retarder, highly-oxidized starch Ch20L can effectively control the setting time of slurries, meet 80~180℃ BHT for cementing safety. The results of slurry thickening experiments show CH20L stability is better, no early setting nor over retarding, and the volume and thickening time appearing linear relationship.
