电渗析法处理碱法提钒浸出液 被引量:1

Study on recovering alkali solution by electrodialysis in vanadium separation process

摘要 针对熔盐提钒工艺中碱浓度高,难以继续分离的问题,采用电渗析法来降低pH值。讨论了电流密度、极室流速对电流效率的影响。结果表明,较优的极限电流密度约为0.03 A/cm2,极室流速可控制在200 mL/min。 In order to solve the problem of recovering alkali solution for separating vanadium smoothly,electrodialysis was used to decrease pH value.The influence of current density,flow rate in pole room on current efficiency were discussed.The optimal conditions were obtained that the current efficiency of electrodialysis can reach about 40% while current density was 0.03 A/cm2 and the flow rate was 200 mL/min.
