小儿Goldenhar综合征伴室间隔缺损1例

摘要
患儿男，3岁。生后即发现左侧耳廓缺如，上唇及腭部裂隙畸形，双侧面部及胸廓不对称。查体：双侧内眦赘皮，左侧耳廓及外耳道缺如。双侧完全性唇腭裂，双侧胸廓不对称，左侧塌陷，心前区稍隆起，心前区可触及细震颤，叩诊心浊音界稍大。
