劈开胸骨柄绕胸锁关节切口切除颈胸交界部肿瘤 被引量：6

摘要 颈胸交界部（胸廓出口）腔隙狭小，此部位的肿瘤由于毗邻重要血管神经且周围为骨性结构所环绕，切除困难，容易损伤大血管、神经等重要结构，造成严重并发症。传统手术需切除部分锁骨或切开胸锁关节，从而造成肩带不稳或严重前胸壁畸型。
