摘要
对采用石膏型真空浇注加压凝固铸造工艺生产一项典型的铝合金薄壁铸件的工艺过程进行了探讨。通过对石膏型铸型制备工艺的控制及添加剂的合理使用,采用多点布局的开放式浇注系统,并对充型时间、浇注位置、铸型温度和金属液浇注温度等浇注工艺参数进行试验优化,最终确定了合理的浇注工艺参数组合,成功生产出满足技术要求的薄壁铝合金精铸件。
The production of a typical thin-walled aluminum castings with gypsum mold casting combining with pouring in vacuum pouring and solidification under pressure was performed.By controlling the gypsum mold making process and reasonable additive use,adopting open-gating system with multi-point arrangement,and optimized pouring parameters,such as pouring time,pouring position,the mold temperature and pouring temperature,the thin-walled aluminum castings were produced successfully,which met the requirement of the specification.
