成人炎症性肠病患者维生素D3水平变化 被引量:4

摘要 炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是反复发作的慢性肠道炎性反应疾病。关于其发病已形成基本共识,即在一定环境因素下,由共生菌及其所产生的致炎因子作用于免疫缺陷的个体,诱发异常免疫反应而导致发病。维生素D可调节钙磷代谢已广为人知,近年又发现其有重要的抗细菌感染和免疫调节作用。
