摘要
人肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71,EV71)是导致人类手足口病(Hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)的主要致病原。HFMD已成为严重影响儿童健康的公共卫生问题之一,因此,尽快了解EV71的致病机理及研制安全有效的疫苗是当前急需解决的问题,而建立相关动物模型是研究EV71致病机理以及评价EV71疫苗安全性和有效性的重要一步。本文就目前EV71常用动物模型的研究进展作一综述。
Objective Human enterovirus 71(EV71) is one of the major pathogens of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) which has become a serious problem influencing the health of children.It is a urgent problem at present to understand the pathological mechanism of EV71 and develop safe and effective vaccine as rapid as possible.The establishment of relevant animal model is a key step to investigate the pathogenic mechanism of EV71 and to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of EV71 vaccine.The advances in experimental study on EV71 in animal model are reviewed in this paper.
