摘要
采用共聚与复合两种制备工艺,制备出了系列具有不同碱化度(B)和不同Al/Si摩尔比的聚硅氯化铝(PASC)混凝剂,分析研究了PASC中Al(Ⅲ)的水解聚合历程以及聚硅酸与铝水解聚合产物间的相互作用,探讨了PASC溶液的酸化解聚.结果表明,聚硅酸与铝的水解聚合产物间存在着相互作用,并影响铝的水解聚合历程;聚硅酸与铝的水解聚合产物间的相互作用强度取决于Al/Si摩尔比,Al/Si摩尔比越小,聚硅酸与铝的水解聚合产物间的相互作用就越强;制备工艺和Al/Si摩尔比对PASC的酸解反应稍有影响.
A series of polyaluminum silicate chlorides (PASC) with different basicities(B) and Al/Si molar ratios were prepared by means of two methods:one is to add NaOH into the mixed solution of AlCl 3·6H 2O and polysilicic acid at different Al/Si molar ratios,the other is to add polysilicic acid into polyaluminum chloride(PAC) solution with different B at different Al/Si molar ratios.The hydrolysis polymerization process of aluminum and the interaction between hydrolyzed aluminum species and polysilicic acid in PASC were studied and the acid depolymerization of PASC solution was also investigated.The experimental results showed that there are interactions between polysilicic acid and hydrolyzed aluminum species,and these interactions can affect a part in the hydrolysis polymerization process.The intensity of interactions between polysilicic acid and hydrolyzed aluminum species depends on Al/Si molar ratio,the smaller the Al/Si ,the more intensive the interaction.The preparation method and the Al/Si molar ratio affect the acid depolymerization of PASC to a little extent.
