肾脏滑膜肉瘤伴横纹肌样瘤CT表现一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,48岁。发现肉眼血尿1周,伴左腰及腹部疼痛1天。患者于1周前无明显诱因出现肉眼血尿,无尿频、尿急、尿痛,无畏寒发热,在当地医院经抗炎止血治疗稍好转。入院前1天出现左腰部和四肢胀痛,伴恶心呕吐。
