摘要
目的:建立填充柱气相色谱法测定复方牙痛酊中甲醇含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱:PQ柱(2m×3mm;60～80m,Porakpak填料),以正丙醇为内标,进样口温度:240℃,柱温:140℃,检测器:250℃,进样量2μL。结果:甲醇在0.008～0.8μL.ml-1浓度范围内相应线性关系良好(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为93.3%,RSD=1.92%。稳定性RSD=3.45%。结论:方法操作简单,可准确用于产品的质量控制。
Objective： the paper reports a GC method for determination of methanol in Fufangyatongding by packed column gas chromatography. Methods： GC method is adopted for the determination PQ column which is packed with Porakpak （2m × 3mm,60 × 80m）. N-propanol has been used as the internal standard substance in internal standard method. The temperature of injection port is 240℃, column temperature 140℃, and the GC system consists of FID as the detector, whose temperature is 250℃, and the sample size is 21uL. Results： Methanol got a good linearity between 0. 008 - 0. 8 uL . ml -1 under the chromatographic condition. The mean recovery was 93.3 %, and RSD was 1.92% （n =6）. The RSD of the stability test was 3.45%. Conclusion： The method is so simple, rapid and with satisfactory recoveries that it can provide the scientific quarantine criterion for fufangyatongding.
