摘要
由于历史的原因．上海市吴淞工业区．长期以来环境污染严重、治理收效甚微；在对工业区内大气、水及固体污染物现状分析的基础上、针对工业区内污染物总量大．污染密度高等特点．从总量削减和重点污染源整治两方面提出了建立排污许可证制度、工业结构调整、技术改造、完善基础设施和集约化发展等环境保护与整治措施。
In this article. the current situation of pollution in Wusong industrial park is discussed because of the serious enviromental situation in the park. As far as the character of the pollution in the park is concerned, the measures on the quantity and the key sources of pollution are put forward. which lie in new management system. adjusting in dustrial structure. improving technology. intensive development etc.
