摘要
淮河流域可持续发展面临的主要问题是人口压力、自然灾害、水体污染和经济落后。为此。提出了控制人口增长、建立法律法规体系、调整产业结构、推进城镇化和加强水利建设的调控对策。
Huai river is one of the seven greatest rivers in China. Major problems of sustainable development in Huai river basin: population pressure, natural hazard; river pollution and economic underdeveloped. The comprehensive regulations of sustainable development are brought forward.
