摘要
从社会、经济、生态的角度选择区域可持续发展的衡量指标。运用模糊数学的方法对徐连经济带可持续性进行综合评价。结果表明。１９９０～１９９６徐连经济带的可持续性处在很弱的水平上。提出了对策、包括严格控制人口增长、转变工业发展模式、切实保护耕地资源、建立节水型生产体系、大力植树造林、提高森林覆盖率、增加环保投资、加强环境污染治理。
The indexes to measure regional sustainable development are chosen from the viewpoints of society. economic and ecology. a case study was Xu-Lian economic zone. and fuzzy mathematics is applied to evaluate synthetically regional sustainability. The result shows that the sustainability of the social-economic-ecological complex system of Xu-Lian economic zone was in the very-weak level from 1990 to 1996. It suggests that the sustainable development of the area is faced with a severe challenge. Finally, the strategies for the sustainable development of Xu-Lian economic zone are proposed.
