摘要
丽江地区位于滇西北高山峡谷地区、该区土地资源的特点：①类型多样。空间结构规律性强；②以山地为主．主要分布在冷、寒凉山区；③陡坡土地多；④水资源丰富。但难以开发利用：⑤土地资源总体质量较差、土地利用方面存在不少问题：①利用方式多样。以林业用地为主。但利用水平和产值偏低；②农业用地效益较低、差异大：③旱地多、陡坡地多．上地退化逐步扩大．耕地总体质量偏低。土地资源利用与土地资源特征和土地结构不协调。今后．土地利用应以可持续利用为前提．以土地属性和土地结构为基础．并采取一系列相应措施．以增强土地的各种功能。
Being a material base of sustainable development, land resource plays an important role in a local social-economy development. With multi-use suitability. the land optimal utilization and pattern depends on its characteristics and structures. Lijiang Prefecture is located in the mountain-valley region of northwest Yunnan Province. Its land is characterized by: ① The land types is diversiform and its spatial structures is very obvious; ② mountain is dominant and chiefly distributed in cold and very cold mountain zone; ③ slope land is great; ④ the water resources is abundant and it is difficult to exploited; ⑤ so the land quality is poor. There are a series problems in land use: ① Land use styles is diversied form. and the forest land is the most large but has low utilization and poor production value; ② agrirculture lands benefits are poor and different between each others; ③ the slope cultivated dry land are large. land degradition is much obvious. the cultivated land quality is poor. The land utilization dose not harmony with the land characteristics and land structures. Therefore, the land utilization should take sustainablity as promise. based on the land characteristics and land structures, and a sense corresponding countermeatures should be adopted promote and enhance the landuse sustainbility and land functions
