摘要
介绍了对处理铝材加工含Al3+的酸性废液过程中产生的二次污染物Al(OH)3凝胶废渣的应用。含水分80%左右的Al(OH)3;凝胶200g与30-65ml浓度为30%-38%的浓盐酸在不加热的条件下反应,可制得液体PAC,盐基度B达50%-80%国家标准,熟化2.5h后产品基本稳定。
This paper discussed the applications of seconday pollutant Al(OH)3 gel waste residue generated in procedure of treating aluminummaterial processing wastewater. Al(OH)3 gels 200g which water content is about 80% reacts with concentrated hydrocholoric acid which content is 36-38%under no heating-up conditions, and liquid PAC can be produced which degree of base saturation complies with the national standard. Under the time ofmaturation 2.5h, the products tend to be stable.
