摘要
通过对云南省“两烟”产业发展经验的总结,提出了依靠科技创新,走资源优势与科技创新相结合的路子,加快发展花卉产业的思路。同时,分析了云南花卉科技创新基础条件和存在的主要问题,提出了相应的对策建议。
By summarizing the developing experiences from“Tobacco and Cigarette” industry in Yunnan,this article proposed the orientation of relying on technological innovation,combining resources exploitation with technology and accelerating flower industry.It analyzed not only the basic situation of technological innovation in Yunan,but the main problems in it.At last,it put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
