摘要
选用120只390日龄健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机均分4组。以日粮中0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的中草药剂量分别添加饲喂试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),对照组不添加,连续饲喂15 d。分别观察各组每天的产蛋率、日产蛋量等生产性能指标。结果表明,试验组Ⅱ的产蛋率与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),提高了8.80%;试验组Ⅲ的产蛋率与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),提高了4.99%;试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ的日产蛋量均与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),分别提高了12.12%、6.82%;试验组Ⅱ的料蛋比与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),降低了12.46%;试验组Ⅲ的料蛋比与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),降低了11.42%。其余指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。添加1.0%中草药剂量可以明显提高产蛋中后期蛋鸡的生产性能。
Experiment was conducted to study the effect of Chinese traditional herbal medicines on the production performance of aged-laying hens.120 390-day-aged laying hens were randomly devided into 4 groups.3 prescriptions formed with Chinese traditional herbal medicines at the dosage of 0.5%、1.0%、1.5% were added respectively into the diets of the hens from groupⅠto group Ⅲ for a 15 d period.The control group was fed with diet without Chinese traditional herbal medicines.The daily performance indexs,namely the laying rate and egg weith per day were studied.The results indicated that the laying rate in group Ⅱ were 8.80% higher than that of the control group（P0.01）;the laying rate in group Ⅲ were 4.99% higher than that of the control group（P0.05）;the day-egg weith in group Ⅱ and in group Ⅲ were 12.12% and 6.82% higher than that of the control group,respectively（P0.01）;the feed conversion rate of group Ⅱ was 12.46% sharply less than that of group（P0.01）;the feed conversion rate of group Ⅲ was 11.42% less than that of control group（P0.05）.No significant differenc in other indexs was observed among the treatments（P0.05）.In conclusion,prescription Ⅱ formulated by Dangguibuxuesan at the dosage of 1.0% can obviously improve the performance of aged laying hens.
