摘要
为提出适合中国国情的区域农业竞争优势发展新模式,从区域农业竞争优势的培植、演化与发展三个角度对国内外区域农业竞争优势发展研究现状做了综合评述,从理论和实践研究两个方面总结了相关研究存在的主要问题,在此基础上,重点剖析了中国农业比较优势弱化及农业产业集群竞争优势发展潜力不足的原因;结合国内外区域农业竞争优势发展的实践和趋势,提出了以绿色交易平台建设和发展战略为主线,分三阶段实现区域农业竞争优势的整合、协同与虚拟化溢出,从而增强中国农业总体竞争优势的新思路。
In order to propose a new development pattern of regional agriculture competitive advantage which is compatible with Chinese situation,comprehensive reviews of the domestic and foreign research status were proposed firstly from the perspectives of the cultivation,evolution and development of regional agriculture competitive advantages,and then the major problems in the theoretical and practical researches were summarized.The underlying reason to explain the depreciation of the comparative advantages and the weak potential of agriculture industry cluster was analyzed.Combined with the practical trend of the domestic and foreign regional agriculture competitive advantage,a three-stage development strategy for the integration,synergy,and spillage of Chinese regional agriculture competitive advantages based on the development strategy of the green transaction platform was provided,which is a new direction to intensify the competitiveness of Chinese agriculture.
