摘要
根据建立的轮胎双层结构耦合模型,设计不同半钢子午线轮胎胎体结构,并对各类结构方案轮胎的噪声进行测试和对比分析。结果表明,不同频率下轮胎的发声机理略有差别,胎体骨架材料的种类和层数会改变胎体的振动状况,从而对噪声产生影响。
Based on the coupling model of double-layer structure,different carcass structures for semi-steel radial tire were designed,and the tire noise of various types of tire structure was measured and compared.The results showed that,the sound mechanism of tire at different frequencies was slightly different,types and layer structures of reinforcement materials would change the vibration state of carcass,and thus effected the tire noise.
