摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对重庆市统筹城乡学校体育发展现状进行调查和分析。分析表明:农村学校体育地位的不公平和教育资源的不均衡,是城乡统筹发展不平衡的主要因素。提出:转变观念,促进农村学校体育地位公平;加强城乡学校体育师资流动,促进农村学校体育人力资源均衡;加大投入,促进城乡学校体育物力资源公平;提高课程内容的区域适应性和推广性,统筹城乡学校体育特色等建议,以期能为学校体育城乡统筹发展起到推波助澜的作用。
