摘要
为提高消防官兵引体向上练习方法的有效性和科学性,研究运用遥测肌电和录像同步解析法,对单杠引体向上正手宽握、正手中握进行定量分析。分析结果表明:单杠引体向上动作主要锻炼的肌肉是:前臂的屈肌、背阔肌、胸大肌和肱二头肌。前臂屈肌群的力量,对于完成单杠引体向上动作发挥着重要的作用;正手宽握动作对胸大肌和背阔肌的锻炼效果好于正手中握动作,正手中握动作对桡侧腕屈肌的锻炼效果好于正手宽握动作。
In order to improve the effectiveness and rationality of the pull-up exercises methods of fire officers and soldiers,this research uses telemetric EMG and video synchronization method,to make a quantitative analysis on the forehand wide grip and forehand grip of the horizontal bar pull-up.Analysis results show that: the horizontal bar pull-up action mainly practise the forearm flexor muscle, latissimus dorsi muscle,pectoral muscle and triceps brachii.Forearm flexors strength plays an important role in completing the horizontal bar pull-up action;The exercise effect of the forehand wide grip action on the pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi is better than in the forehand grip,and the effect of forehand grip on the flexor carpi radialis is better than in the forehand wide grip action.
