摘要
采服硫酸亚铁还原 ,硼泥絮凝沉降的方法处理电镀废水中的铬 (Ⅵ ) .控制还原时的PH为 3 .5~ 5.5,铬 (Ⅵ ) :硫酸亚铁 :硼泥 =1 :2 0 :1 4 0 (重量比 ) ,铬 (Ⅵ ) ,的去除率达 99%以上 .对于铬 (Ⅵ )浓度小于 1 0 0 0mg/L的废水 ,经一次处理 ,就可以达到国家的排放标准 .
in this paper,reduce Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ)with ferrisulphas firstly,then make it subside by using boron siudge.Controling the pH at the range of 3.5~5.5and Cr(Ⅵ):FeSO 4·2HO:boron sludge=1:20:140(weigh ratio),the removal ratio is over 99%.To the wastewater whose concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)is below 1 000 mg/L,after being treated once with the method introduced in this paper,the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)of the treated water can be up to the'wastewater emiss-ion standard'.
