摘要
目的研究不同剂量的 K2Cr2O7对细胞膜通透性的影响。方法采用人胚肺细胞的乳酸脱氢酶的漏出。K+漏出以及豚鼠红细胞溶血率等三种方法测定 K2Cr2O7对细胞膜通透性的影响。结果小于 5μmol/L浓度的 K2Cr2O7未造成细胞膜通透性的改变。结论低浓度K2Cr2O7对细胞损伤的靶点不是细胞膜。
Objective To study the effects of various doses of K_2Cr_2O_7 on the permeability of cell membrane. Methods Three criteria including LDH leakage, K+ leakage from human embryonic lung cells and the hemolytic rate of Guinea-pig erythrocyte were used. Results It showed that the dose of K_2Cr_2O_7 below 5 μmol/L could not induce effect on the permeability of cell mebrane. Conclusion It suggested that the target point of low dose of K_2Cr_2O_7 induced-damage did not focus on the cell membrane.
