妊娠相关血浆蛋白A:一个与母体妊娠密切相关的血清指标

摘要
妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)在近年来的研究中,被认为与一些产科疾病密切相关,研究最多的是其与唐氏综合征(down’s syndrome,DS)的关系,它还可用于妊娠高血压、异位妊娠、滋养叶细胞肿瘤等疾病的辅助诊断,在生理产科中也可用于双胎妊娠等的辅助诊断。本文仅就其主要作用加以综述。
