粉煤灰处理印染废水的试验研究

摘要 内电解法是通过内电解槽中铁碳微电池的电化学作用和填料的吸附作用处理废水。本论文以偶氮废水为处理目标,分别运用粉煤灰、铁屑和铁炭内电解法进行实验研究,实验结果表明,本处理实验的最佳工艺条件为:反应时间10min、反应开始体系pH4.0、铁屑与粉煤灰比例为3:1、废水原始浓度80mg/L、粉煤灰加入量5g/100mL,去除率83.08%。 Abstract: The treatment of wastewater by internal electrolysis is via the electrochemical role of the iron-carbon microcell and theadsorption of filling in inter-electrobath. The treatment of azo dye wastewater was studied by fly ash, iron scraps and ironcarbon internal electrolysis. The result showed that when the time of treatment was 10 minutes, the pH value was 4.0, the ratio of iron scraps and fly ash was 3:1, the initial concentration was 80 mg/L, and the amount of fly ash was 5g/lOOmL, respectively, the removing rate was 83.08%.
