摘要
报告了 1974年～ 1998年我院诊治的 330例结外淋巴瘤 ,占同期疾病的 35 .7%。其中霍奇金病 (HD) 2 2例 ,非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL) 30 8例。发病部位以鼻咽、扁桃体为最多 ,占 42 .1% ,其次为胃肠道占 2 5 .5 %。结外淋巴瘤的平均发病年龄为 42 .7岁 ,胃肠道淋巴瘤的平均发病年龄为 46 .7岁。
Three hundred and thirty cases of extra-nodal malignant lymphoma were diagnosed and treated in the Third Clinical College,NBUMS in 1974～1998.The numbers of the cases accounted for 35.7% of the diseases in the same period,among which Hodgkin diseases(HD) were 22 cases;non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL) 308 cases;the most invasion area was in nasopharynx and tonsil,accounting for 42.1%,and the second one in gastrointestinal tract,accounting for 25.5%.The average onset age of extra-nodal malignant lymphoma and gastrointestinal tract one was 42.7 and 46.7 years old,respectively.
