摘要
高校特色档案文化建设对于高校提升学校文化形象和校园文化品位,扩大学校社会影响力,具有不可忽视的促进作用。南阳师范学院挖掘地方特色档案文化资源,建设特色档案文化馆,充分发挥档案的文化功能,使档案文化转化为学校发展的精神动力,营造了浓郁的地域文化特色氛围,创造了良好育人环境,使档案文化有效参与了学术研究。南阳师范学院在档案文化建设方面的有益尝试,有一定借鉴意义。
The characteristic construction of archive culture has promotive effects not only on the development of university image and campus culture, but also on the social influence of universities. A number of useful attempts made by Nanyang Normal University such as exploiting resources of archive culture with local character- istics and constructing characteristic centers for archive culture have brought into full play the cultural function of the archives, transformed the archives culture into powerful spiritual motivation for university development, fostered strong atmosphere of local culture, and created a sound atmosphere for talent cultivation, thus blending archive culture with academic research activities. These salutary attempts of Nanyang Normal University towards the construction of archive culture will surely be of certain referential value to theoretical research in this regard.
