本文介绍了油脂自动化的范围、特点、基本状况和近年玉米胚芽制油自动化技术的发展,展示了工艺设计人员与自动化技术人员在设计、管理中的作用与配合,分析了自动化在脱臭、碱炼、脱色的作用,对比自动化前后的差别。
This paper introduces the scope,feature,basic conditions of oil automation,and the development of automation technology of corn germ producing oil in recent years. To show the role and cooperate in design,management of the designer and automation technology personnel. To particularly analyse the role of automation in deodorization,alkali refining and decoloring role,the difference between before and after contrast automation.
