介绍了宁陕县水能资源现状,指出了宁陕县水能资源开发利用中存在的主要问题,并提出了解决问题的对策和促进小水电发展的建议。
this paper introduces the present situation of Ningshan county water resources, points out the existing major problems in development and utilization of water resources in the Ningshan county, and puts forward the countermeasures for solving problems and suggestions of promoting small hydmpower development.
