摘要
应用以GIS、数据库和多媒体技术为核心的计算机信息化管理技术,建立一个开放型的生物多样性数据库来管理羌塘地区的生物多样性资源,提高资源管理、资源监测、畜牧业发展,生物多样性保护决策、预防与控制动物(家畜)疫情以及减灾防灾管理等先进手段的水平。
By adopting the computer information management system based on GIS, database and multi-media techniques, an open biodiversity database was established to manage the biodiversity resources in Qiangtang, which improved the levels of resources management, resources moni- toring, animal husbandry development, biodiversity protection decision, prevention of animal diseases, and disaster prevention and reduction.
