摘要
应用DTNB法快速测定3种谷胱甘肽胶囊的还原型谷胱甘肽含量,同时,用邻苯三酚法快速检验3种保健品清除超氧阴离子自由基的效率。测定结果证明,DTNB法可以作为一种检测保健品中还原型谷胱甘肽含量的快速方法。另一方面,依据邻苯三酚法的测定结果,可推测保健品市场的谷胱甘肽产品的功能活性有较大差别。
The study focused on the GSH in dietary supplements. DTNB method was used to determined GSH content,at the same time,the scavenging effect on superoxide radical was determined by pyrogallol method . The resuits indicated that DTNB method was a rapid method to test GSH in dietary supplements. The correlation analysis between scavenging effect on superoxide radical and GSH content was investigated. The results also showed that the functional activity of GSH in the dietary supplements were quiet different.
