摘要
目的:建立孕坤通胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Appollo C18色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(28:72)为流动相,230nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果芍药苷在0.099～1.584μg范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.25%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为控制本品质量标准的指标。
Objective： to assay the content of Paeoniflorin in YunKunTong Jiaonang by HPLC. Method： The Appollo C18 （4. 6 mm × 250mm, 5 μm） column was used, the mobile phase consisted of Methanol -0. 05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （28： 72）, the detection wave length was 230nm and the column temperature was room temperature. Resuilts： Linearity of Quercitr was good at 0. 099 - 1. 584μg （r =0. 9997）. The average recovery of buddleodide was 98. 2% with RSD less than 1.25% （n =6）. Conclution： The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be applied in determination of Quercitr in YunKunTong Jiaonang.
