摘要
目的探讨经贵要静脉与头静脉行PICC的效果比较。方法对24例经贵要静脉穿刺置管组和11例经头静脉穿刺置管组从一次穿刺成功率、留置时间、术后导管留置期间并发症三方面进行比较。结果两种路径行PICC置管者在这三方面均有显著差异。结论经贵要静脉行PICC置管者在穿刺一次成功率、留置时间、术后导管留置期间并发症发生率方面均显著优于经头静脉穿刺者。
Objective To compare the effect of peripherally inserted central catheters （PICC） via basilic vein and cephalic vein. Methods Twentyfour patients were indwelled with PICC via basilic vein and 11 patients via cephalic vein. Success rate of onetime puncture, indwelling time and postoperative complications in two groups were compared. Results Two groups showed significant differences in the abovementioned three areas. Conclusion Patients whose PICC tubes were done via basilic vein were much better than those via cephalic vein in term of success rate of onetime puncture, indwelling time and postoperative complications.
