摘要
从鸡肠道内容物中分离筛选出1株产细菌素的菌株,通过生理生化法和16S rRNA测序分析进行鉴定。采用牛津杯法对抗菌肽的抗菌谱进行研究,利用N-羟甲基甲基甘氨酸-SDS-PAGE电泳确定细菌素的相对分子质量。
One bacterial strains were isolated from chicken cecal contents and identified basing on physiological and biochemeical characteristics determination,and 16s rRNA sequencing analysis.Oxford cup test was applied to assay the antimicrobial spectrum.
