摘要
本文对大学图书资料工作人员如何适应合校新形势进行了前瞻性分析。文中指出 ,合校后图书馆的现代化进程将要加快 ,对工作人员的知识层次、业务水平和综合素质将有更高要求。图书资料工作人员只有加强学习 ,更新知识 ,提高综合素质和竞争意识才能适应合校新形势。
This article analyses,in the preview,the situations that the University librarians should be adapted to when more universities merge into one.The libraries will speed up their modernization when merged into one,which requires that the libratians should have the knowledge of higher level,and the working skills and comprehensive qualities.It is only through studying harder,obtaining new knowledge,improving the comprehensive qualities and awareness of competition can the librarians get themselves better adapted to the new situation.
