摘要
城市环境问题日益显现,低碳理念应成为房地产企业的基本开发理念,低碳住宅将成为城市房地产开发的重要选择。以秦皇岛市为例,阐述了其地域范围内住宅高碳排放的原因,分析了该市发展低碳住宅项目经济、技术及社会可行性,并对低碳住宅的开发提出了建议。
Problems of city environment are more and more obvious, the idea of low-carbon should become the basic developing idea for real estate enterprises and the low-carbon housing would be an important choice for real estate developing in city. Taking Qinhuangdao city as example, the paper described the reasons of high carbon emission within the city, analyzed the feasibility on economy, technology and society to develop low-carbon projects, and put forward to some suggestions for the developing of the low-carbon housing.
