摘要
发展低碳经济是我国转变经济发展方式的重要内容,需要新能源、新技术、新制度的支撑。在分析我国发展低碳经济的现状及障碍的基础上,从公共政策创新、技术开发及技术标准建立、充分利用市场机制等角度提出促进我国低碳经济发展的路径。
Development of low-carbon economy is the important content of transformation of the mode of economic development, and it requires the supports of the new energy, new teehnologies, and new systems. Based on the analysis of the current situation and obstacles of China＇s low-carbon economy development, this article points out the paths to promote the development of China＇s low-carbon economy, such as public policy innovation, technique developing and establishing technical standard for low-carbon product, fully utilizing market mechanism.
