摘要
为开辟高硫无烟煤洁净利用的新途径,分析了山西晋城15号高硫无烟煤代替高纯炭粉和硫磺粉末制备车用摩擦材料的可行性,利用浮选试验对煤样进行了预处理,使灰分降至5.56%,通过选择合适的配方采用干法热压成型工艺制备出刹车片样品,其摩擦因数为0.387~0.454,磨损率为(0.010~0.020)×10-7cm2/(N.m),摩擦因数随温度的变化波动较小,符合GB5763—2008《汽车用制动器衬片》要求。结果表明,山西晋城15号高硫无烟煤经过浮选降灰后,可替代炭粉和硫磺制备出摩擦性能达到设计要求的刹车片。
In order to develop a new access of high sulfur anthracite clean utilization, the paper analyzed the feasibility of No. 15 high sulfur anthracite from Lanyan Coal Company Jincheng Shanxi to replace the high pure carbon powder and the sulfur powder to prepare the vehicle friction material. The coal samples were pre-treated with the floatation technology and the ash content of the coal samples would be reduced to 5.56%. With the rational formula selected, the samples of the brake disk were made with the dry heat pressed forming technique. The friction coefficient was 0. 387 -0. 454 and the wear rate was (0. 010 ~0. 020) x 10-7 cm2/ (N ~ m). The friction coefficient would have small variation with the temperature varied and could meet the requirements of the national standard GB 5763--2008 Brake Liner of Vehicle. The results showed that after the ash reduction with the floatation to No. 15 high sulfur anthracite from Jincheng, Shanxi could replace the carbon powder and sulfur powder to prepare and produce the brake disks with the designed requirement of the friction performances.
