独头煤巷掘进过程中瓦斯分布规律研究 被引量:7

摘要 根据独头掘巷压入式通风风筒漏风规律、煤巷瓦斯涌出规律,从理论上分析了压入式通风掘进煤巷的瓦斯分布规律,给出了巷道中瓦斯最高浓度及其距掘进工作面长度的计算方法。分析结果表明瓦斯浓度随至掘进工作面距离增大,先急剧增大,然后缓慢减小。结合坦家冲矿2264掘进煤巷的具体参数,分析了巷道风量分布规律、瓦斯分布规律和至掘进工作面不同距离的瓦斯涌出量,并与巷道瓦斯浓度分布实测值进行对比,定量计算了2264掘进煤巷在至掘进工作面约260 m处,瓦斯体积分数最大达0.78%,在至掘进工作面约380 m以后,瓦斯涌出量基本稳定,从而验证了规律的正确性。 According to the air leakage law of the forced ventilation air duct in the blind seam driving gateway and the gas emission law of the seam gateway, the gas distribution law of the forced ventilation in seam driving gateway was analyzed theoretically. A calculation meth- od of the max density of gas in the gateway and the distance to the coal mining face was provided. The analysis showed that the gas density would be rapidly increased with the distance of the gateway driving distance increased and then would be slowly reduced. In combination with the certain parameters of No. 2264 seam driving gateway in Tanjiachong Mine, the ventilation distribution law of the gateway, the gas distribution law and the gas emission quantity with different distance to the seam gateway driving face were analyzed. In comparison with the site measured value of the gas density distribution in the gateway, about 260 m to No. 2264 seam gateway driving face, the gas density was quantitatively calculated and the max gas volume fraction was 0.78%. About 380 m to the seam gateway driving face, the gas emission value was basically stable and thus the correction of the law was verified.
